K&N Engineering Inc.
This 273,770-square-foot manufacturing facility was designed, financed and constructed by the principals of Germania. It epitomizes how Germania uses the design/build method of construction to streamline the development process. Germania worked closely with the City of Riverside to strike a deal that allowed this global company to stay and expand in its hometown.
Integrated Care Communities
Germania served as both the development and construction partner for an Assisted Living Facility and the Jan Peterson Child Development Center, both of which have been recognized for excellence in design and construction quality. The principals of Germania were instrumental in the procurement of non-recourse tax-exempt bond financing for a state of the art Assisted Living Facility.
Campus Professional Center
Germania worked closely with Germania worked closely with Riverside County Regional Medical Center (now Riverside University Health System) to develop facilities for use by 10 county agencies and programs. This 73,770-square-foot concrete and steel medical office building was envisioned, entitled, designed, financed and constructed by Germania, which owns the building with its financial partners. Construction was completed on time and under budget.
Raincross Office Properties
Germania designed, financed and built this two-story, Class A office building in the heart of Riverside as the company’s new home. The building contains five state-of-the-art conference centers. The largest, at 1,100 square feet, is available to the community for rent.Construction was completed on time and under budget.
Raincross Industrial Properties
This three-building complex built in 2006 by Germania and its partners has helped spur industrial development along the Interstate 215 corridor. The complex in Moreno Valley off Commerce Center Drive is completely leased.
Western States Self Storage
Built for A.C. Nejedly and 3N Development of Riverside, this 120,000-square-foot storage facility is one of the largest storage facilities in the area. Located in Moreno Valley off Hemlock Avenue, the facility includes some climate-controlled units and, despite having a limited amount of available frontage space, is twice as large as the average storage facility.
