Kevin R. Wolf joined Germania Corporation in 1994 and became President in January 2008. As a third-generation member and owner of Germania, Mr. Wolf worked closely with his father, Robert A. Wolf, literally starting with a broom in hand and working his way through the ranks to Presidency.
Today Mr. Wolf is active as a principal in a variety of Industrial, Commercial, Medical, Retail, Residential, and senior apartment projects in California, Colorado, Arizona and Florida. Along with conventional real estate development, Mr. Wolf is active with several wind, solar and natural gas power projects in California.
